Semi-Private Parties:

  • $450.00

 

What’s Included:

  • 2 hours reserved in our private party room.
  • Full access to our playground and baby area.
  • Admission for each attending child.
  • Kid’s chairs and tables arranged for 10 children.
  • One party host is present during the entire duration of your event.
  • Open cafe for food and drinks.

 

Terms:

  • Semi-private parties are limited for up to 30 guests total.
  • Socks are required for everyone.
  • $150 non-refundable & non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking. Once your deposit is made, you automatically agree to all party terms and conditions, no exceptions!
  • Our playground is open to the public for open play during semi-private events.
  • 15 minutes prior to the event to set up and 15 minutes post-party to pack up.
  • All food and drink must remain in the party room during the entirety of your event.
  • 10% fee added for your host + $50 cleaning fee apply.
  • Semi-private party time slots include – 9:00 am to 11:00 am or 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. 

 

Classic Private Party:

  • Exclusive use of the facility for 2 hours.
  • 15 minutes prior to the event to set up and 15 minutes post-party to pack up.
  • 2 dedicated party hosts present during the entirety of your event.
  • Admission for each attending child.
  • Kid’s chairs and tables arranged for 20 children.

*Outside food and beverages are allowed in accordance with our venue guidelines. No food and drinks are included in this package.

 

Deluxe Private Party: 

  • $975.00
  • Additional child – $20.00
  • Additional adult – $10.00

 

Includes:

  • Accommodates up to 20 kids and 40 adults.
  • Exclusive use of the facility for 2 hours.
  • 15 minutes prior to the event to set up and 15 minutes post-party to pack up.
  • 2 dedicated party hosts present during the entirety of your event.
  • Admission for each attending child.
  • Kid’s chairs and tables arranged for 20 children.
  • Pizza (1 pizza serves 5 kids), organic juice box for each child, and water.

*Outside food and beverages are allowed in accordance with our venue guidelines. 

 

Venue Guidelines:

  • Our cafe is open for orders during private events. No outside coffee is allowed.
  • Catering equipment including burners, crock pots, and electric griddles are not allowed.
  • Outside decoration installations such as balloon arches, backdrops, and/or large displays are not permitted. You may bring in tableware for the adults and children (when bringing outside food).
  • Socks are required for every attending guest (both adults and kids), shoes are not allowed in the facility.

Fees & Booking Policies:

  • A host service fee applies for all events (semi-private events is 10% and private events is 20%)
  • Non-refundable deposit of $150 (part of your selected party package). Once your deposit is made, you automatically agree to all party terms and conditions, no exceptions!
  • Professional post-party cleaning fee, up to 50 people: $150 (parties of 50+ guests require adjusted cleaning fees)
  • Final guest count, including number of attending kids and number of attending adults, are due the week of your party. 
  • Private events on Saturdays and Sundays are from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Private events on Fridays are from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
  • Private events can be extended at an additional $150.00 per extra hour.
  • Parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis.

 

Decoration & Entertainment Services:

We offer in-house custom designed decoration and styling services. These services are available upon request and quoted separately from party packages. Deposit for decoration services is required (deposit is part of the total decoration price). We also offer entertainment services to enhance your celebration. This includes a balloon drop, animator/ character of your choice, and face painting. Prices for these services vary and a deposit is required to secure the service (deposit is part of the service total). We do not permit outside vendors to install decorations or offer entertainment.
