Kid’s World & Cafe Rules

Thank you for taking the time to be informed of our rules. We appreciate your willingness to follow them!

  1. Your admission is good for the whole day. The admission is our waiver, once you have paid the admission, you automatically agree to follow and respect all of the rules of our establishment. If you choose to leave and return at a later time the same day, just let our staff know before you head out.
  2. Our playground and restrooms are shoe-free and socks on areas. No shoes past the front desk and your socks must be worn for the entirety of your visit. Should you forget to bring socks, we offer adult and child sock sizes for purchase.
  3. Visibly sick kids with symptoms such as cough, runny nose, etc. will be denied entry. For your safety and that of others, please ensure that you are coming in when you and your littles are healthy!
  4. Should you become ill during the time of your visit, we will gladly issue you a pass to come back on a different day. Please note that admission, event tickets, and punch cards are non-refundable.
  5. We do not allow celebrations of any kind involving cake, cupcakes, etc. to take place in our establishment during open play hours. If you are interested in celebrating your event with us, ask our staff about our party packages.
  6. No running, throwing, bullying, or misuse of toys. Should your child damage or break something, the parent or guardian is responsible for fixing, paying, or replacing the item. This is a part of your agreement to follow our rules upon paying the admission.
  7. When using the play structure, please remember to go one at a time, take turns, and feet must face forward at all times!
  8. Keep play and eating areas clean. Food, drinks, and snacks purchased from our establishment must be closed or put away when not in use.
  9. Please utilize the changing tables located in both restrooms for diaper changes.
  10. No gum is allowed on the play areas.
  11. Please hang up coats and put shoes away in cubbies.
  12. No snacks, food, or drinks from from home or other restaurants.
  13. No outside baby snacks are allowed, we have many organic baby food and snack options available for purchase. Formula is the only exception!
  14. No outside coffee. Our cafe has an extensive menu of coffee and drink options available, and frequently updated with new flavors!
  15. Please, review all rules prior to your visit. Encourage your little one(s) to follow all the rules for a fun and safe play time.
